General Terms

  • DO NOT use my works for anything related to AI image generators, NFTs, and cryptocurrency

  • DO NOT claim commissioned piece as your own work

  • Reposting commissioned piece is allowed with credit

  • I have the right to decline your commission request if I believe I could not deliver what you requested

  • Not first come first serve. I will pick the pitch which interests me the most

  • I usually work on 2-3 commissions at a time so please understand if I don't have a progress within a week after I show you the sketch

  • Completion time may vary between 1 to 12 weeks, starting from when I send the sketch

  • I retain the rights to publish commissioned pieces in my personal portfolio, social media, or other publication media unless requested otherwise

  • Feel free to ask for progress updates, but don't rush me (unless you have requested a deadline)

  • Any major changes can only be done during the sketching stage (pose, composition, etc). I will only accept minor changes during the rendering stage

Payment / Refund Policy

  • The payment must be paid in full within a week after I send you an invoice

  • All prices are in USD and IDR (1 USD= 15,000 IDR)

  • I accept payment via PayPal and BCA

  • All the price listed are including transfer fees

  • I will only give full refunds if I decide to cancel a commission order myself

  • Other payment plans can be discussed

Other Fee

  • PRIVATE COMMISSION FEE = +20% Base Price if you don't want your commission to be published by me for portfolio, social media post, or other publication media

  • REVISION FEE = Free revision up to 3 times. More than 3 will be charged +$5 per minor revision

  • RUSH FEE = If you need the commission to be finished within a short time (generally under 1 week). We will discuss about the fee

Fully rendered illustration. You can choose between portrait, landscape, or other aspect ratio of your choice.Recommended if you want an illustration of your character in a full atmospheric environment.

Please be prepared to wait for 1-3 months of completion if you want to order this type.

Price Range: $500~$1500

Price will depend on:

  • Additional character(s)

  • Complexity of the character and background

  • Cropping of the character (Half Body, Full Body, etc)

Default canvas specifications:

  • Portrait: A4, 300dpi

  • Landscape: 5760x3240px (16:9), 300dpi

FAQ

What program and tools do you use to draw?
I use Clip Studio Paint PRO and a Wacom Intuos Pro Medium. In late 2022, I changed my tablet to XPPen Artist 13 (2nd Gen).How long does it take you to finish an illustration?
Depends on the complexity. Simpler illustration like a portrait would take around 3 to 8 hours while the more complex one varies between 12 to 100+ hours.What are the dimensions you draw in?
In the dimension requested by my clients, usually 3000~5000px. For personal artworks, I draw in whatever dimension but I try to keep it above 1000px.What brushes do you use?
I use CSP default G-pen and Mili pen for most of my drawings.How long have you been drawing?
As soon as I can grab a pencil, but I started to take drawing seriously around 2015.Did you go to art school? How did you learn to draw?
I took animation major in college. I also study from books, video tutorials, online workshops, a lot of personal observation and practice.May I use your art as PFP / edits / repost?
